Played for Whitehawk, Lancing, Saltdean and Steyning, Led our Under 18's to much success, and took over as 1st Team manager in September. Passionate about the Club, with a great eye for talent.

Darron Gearing

Simeon Vam Varapis

(2nd Team Manager)

Played at a high level in South Africa before joining Nuneaton Borough in 1994. Joined the Management Team near the end of last season and helped steer the Reserves to safety.

Gary Mitchell

(Coach / Physio)

Played for Brighton & HA, Portsmouth, Crawley Town, Bognor Regis, Horsham, Newhaven and ourselves before injury ended his playing career. Now a fully qualified physio.

Adam Mead

(Goalkeeper Coach)

A Club Man through and through. Was formerly involved with Youth training, but this season has stepped up to becoming involved with Senior Coaching.

Max Smith

(2nd Team Physio)

Has been involved with the Club for many years now. Can turn his hand to most things and is also a qualified referee. Took a season out, but has returned as 2nd Team Physio.

Jake Buss

A young keeper with a big future ahead of him. Played for both Seaford and Ringmer last season before returning to Piddinghoe Avenue this Pre-Season.

Josh Heyburn

D.O.B. 10-8-93  A big lad with a promising future ahead of him. He has good hands, kicks well and is a great shot stopper. Featured heavily in the 1st Team last season.

Simon Parsons

D.O.B. 24-9-80  Experienced Goalkeeper who's a good shot stopper, and talks to his defence well. Received a Loyalty Award 2010-11 for his time at Peacehaven.

Joe Adams

Signed from Burgess Hill in March 2009. Was an instant hero saving 3 penalties in a Cup Semi-Final shoot-out. A commanding figure who organises his defence well.

Matt Hill

D.O.B. 25-2-86  Previously with Shoreham, Wick and Whitehawk. A pacey left-back who's strong in the tackle, and likes to get forward. A real "Club Man" who always gives 100%

Craig Hall

D.O.B. 28-9-86   Previously with Mile Oak and Whitehawk. A tenacious full-back who's confident on the ball. Good distribution when going forward. Has been at Piddinghoe Avenue 4 seasons now.

Liam O'Brien

A Centre-Half who has recently signed for us from Shoreham. He's strong in the challenge and rarely beaten in the air.

Connor Saunders

D.O.B. 25-3-93   U18 Player of the season 2011. A solid defender who's rarely beaten in the air and never gives up. Became a 1st Team regular half way through last season and had little trouble adapting to this level.

Adam Kneller

D.O.B. 28-5-84  Signed from Seaford at the start of last season and quickly settled in at the Club. Strong in the air and a commanding figure at the centre of defence. Can be dangerous when he ventures forward.

Harry Coker

Chris Barton

D.O.B. 12-9-1991  100% appearance rate for the Reserves last season. Very versatile player who always gives 100%. Both Website and Manager's Reserve Player Of The Season 2010-11

Sean Caffrey

D.O.B. 13-12-1991  A left footed defender who's also been with the club since 7. Good in the air and strong in the tackle. Quite versatile and can also play in midfield. Was unlucky with injury last season.

Aaron Birch

D.O.B. 31-5-92  A pacey right-back who's progressed from the Under 18's. Good in the tackle, and also like to overlap. Quite versatile, and can also fit in at centre-half.

Tom Tyler

D.O.B. 19-2-93  Gives the defence great balance. He has a quality left foot, and is a great option going forward. A "dead-ball" specialist who was gradually introduced to Senior football last season.

Tom Stutters

D.O.B. 25.10.92  A product of our Youth system. Has a great touch, and is strong in the challenge. With his height, he also makes a useful centre-half.

Charlie Miles

D.O.B. 8-3-93.  Was a member of our successful Under 18 side last season. Had a brief spell at Ringmer before returning home. Can fit in easily in defence or midfield.

Lee Funnell-Cooper

Scott Marshall

D.O.B. 27-11-87  Central-Midfielder signed from Shoreham. Was previously with Horsham YMCA, Burgess Hill and Crawley Town. Has great awareness, and is a box-to-box player.

Aaron Gunn

D.O.B. 18-12-92  Signed from Whitehawk last season. Plays in midfield and is stong in the tackle. Always aware of what's going on around him and is a good ball player. Player Of The Season 2010-11.

Wes Millis

A very versatile player, who's strong defensively - but is always likely to find himself on the scoresheet. Left last season for Crawley Down, but has made a welcome return in the Pre-Season.

Andy Wilkinson

D.O.B. 26-1-90  Prefers to play left-midfield, but has also played in other positions, and done a great job. Good pace and control, and loves to attack full-backs. Gives the side balance. (Currently in America)

Paul Dudson

Was involved in the Promotion winning side of 2009, but has since moved to America. A quick left sided winger who's scored his fair share of goals. Is still signed, and is available when her returns to England.

Dave Altendorff

Good utility player who signed in the summer from Ringmer. Is comfortable playing in midfield or defence. Very strong in a tackle, and always looks composed when in possession.

Callum Saunders

A pacey right winger with great control and vision. He was a key part of our set-up before going on to play for Worthing and Whitehawk, but has recently made a welcome return home.

Harrison Cullinane

D.O.B. 18-12-92  A Box-to-box midfielder who loves to tackle. A tenacious player who breaks up play, reads the game well, and is a good passer. Looked comfortable when called on by the 1st Team last season

Darren Wall

A pacey winger who can play on either the left or right flanks. Was in great form last season when injury struck, although he still ended up as Top Scorer for the Reserves. An exciting prospect who will be hoping for better luck this season.

Matt Fleming

Recently signed from Saltdean United. Can play anywhere across the middle and will bring players into the game. Great box-to-box player.

Jake Powell

D.O.B. 11-5-92   Attack-minded midfielder, who’s been at the club since the age of 7. Had a stint at Saltdean. Has a good engine, quick feet and scorer of the 2nd Team "Goal Of The Season" 2010-11.

Matt Nuttman

A pacey left winger who signed last season. Just progressed from Youth level and is always capable of scoring a few goals. (Speaks fluent French)

Joe Spencer

A hard working player either in midfield or attack. Previously with Saltdean and Whitehawk. Likes a tackle and creates chances for others.

Michael Page

D.O.B. 24-6-82   A very versatile player who has progressed through the Youth ranks. Mainly a midfield player, but can also play centre-back or forward. Successfully stepped in as 2nd Team Caretaker last season.

Kane Louis

Signed for us in September. Was with Ashford Town (Middlesex) last season, but before that had spent 6 years with Brighton & H.A. - A quick, lively striker who is a great addition to our squad.

Tom Levitt

D.O.B. 23-5-9-82  Previously with Shoreham, Southwick, Burgess Hill, Ansty and East Preston. Centre-Forward who links up play. Drops off and brings wide players into the game. Not a prolific goalscorer, but a scorer of great goals.

Rob O'Toole

A powerful Centre Forward who joined from Lancing. Has good pace and is a good finisher. Can also play wide left or right. Has worked hard on his game since joining us and was Player Of The Season and Top Goalscorer 2010-11

Carl Dunk

Forward who signed from Three Bridges 2 seasons ago, but missed 18 months with a bad injury. Back to fitness now and will be looking to make his mark. Can also play wide.

Craig Bunch

D.O.B. 23-6-84  Formerly with Saltdean, Shoreham and Whitehawk. A quick, powerful forward, who's also great in the air. Unlucky with injury recently, but was still Supporters Player Of The Year 2011

Ryan Bradley

D.O.B. 26-12-85  Signed from Lancing midway through last season. A very experienced forward with an impressive track record who ended up playing in big part in the revival of our fortunes.

Chamal Fenelon

A strong, powerful forward who has recently joined the Club, and has played a lot higher level. Has pace to burn, and is renowned for powerful shots.

Ashley Rees

Signed from Saltdean at the end of 2009-10. Was in great form last season when injury struck. A strong Forward who can intimidate defences. Good awareness, and capable of scoring some great goals.

Steffen Robinson-Webster

D.O.B. 13-12-92  A powerful forward who's just completed his first season with us. A natural goalscorer, who's also comfortable using his pace out wide. Capable of spectacular goal celebrations !!

Matt Lago

D.O.B. 24-10-92  A very energetic player who never stops running. He can fill in at various positions, and is a regular goalscorer. Peacehaven through and through.

Jack Loraine

D.O.B. 18-4-92  Can play either in midfield or as a forward. Came through our Youth system, and scored on his 1st Team debut. Never stops running and has a great eye for goal.
