Peacehaven secured their sixth win in seven matches with a
spectacular end to the first half. Having fallen behind in
injury time the Tye responded with three goals in as many
minutes to overwhelm their West Sussex opponents.
This was the first of four successive home matches for Pete
Edwards side, and the first half proved to be something of a non
event.
The game changed when Ryan Cox put the visitors in front.
Peacehaven responded almost instantly, through Craig Bunch, and
took the lead thanks to spectacular strike from Clive Snell.
That lead was extended as Bunch's header, flew past Wes Hallett.
Pagham's faint hopes of a recovery were extinguished when Dan
Cox was sent off after collecting two yellow cards. Callum
Saunders completed the scoring with a late penalty.
