  MATCH FACTS BELOW

For the second time in 2 weeks, these two sides produced a thrilling, end-to-end game of football - but this time there was to be no dismissals, and it was to be Peacehaven who came away with the points.

Connor Saunders and Harrison Cullinane returned to the starting line-up after being rested last week, but Peacehaven looked nervous in the early stages, and were giving the ball away far too cheaply.

Like last week, the game was played at a high tempo, with both sides
going all out for the points. The first real chance fell to Jimmy Thompson after he met Charlie Miles in-swinging corner but his effort was just wide of the target.

After some good defending against a home attack which always looked dangerous, Peacehaven's next chance came 5 minutes from the break when Freddie Barker's jinking run past two defenders got him in on goal, but his shot failed to test the keeper.

Changes at half-time saw Steffan Robisnon-Webster introduced in place of Matt Nuttman. Jimmy Thompson moved to centre half and big Joe Panther was redeployed up front. This was a positive and bold change, but it was St Francis who opened the scoring in the 50th minute. Confusion in the Peacehaven defence saw Tom Pinnock meet a cross which deflected off Panther giving Josh Heyburn no chance in the Peacehaven goal.

Peacehaven now stepped up their game and only had to wait 4 mins for their reply - Joe Panther's through ball found Charlie Miles and his delightful chip levelled the game.

The game was now stretched, with the ball going from end to end, and was anyone's for the taking. Rangers were awarded a penalty in the 65th minute when Connor Saunders was adjudged to have fouled a player when he was in on goal. Despite Saunder's protests, the decision stood, and he was cautioned for dissent. After last week's defeat, it looked as if lightening was about to strike twice, but Shane Collins' firmly struck penalty came back off a post and was cleared to keep the scores level.

Two good saves from Josh Heyburn kept the visitors in the game, and the last ten minutes saw Peacehaven step up a gear in search of a winner. Steffen Robinson-Webster burst through and smashed a shot against the bar, before Tom Tylers free kick found Freddie Barker who made no mistake this time to give the table toppers victory, and take them 2 points away from the title.
